The Inner Sanctuary is a sacred 1:1 space for brilliant women navigating overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout.

Private sessions (50 or 90 minutes, depending on your needs)
Integration support: tools + practices to deepen your healing
Messaging between sessions (with a 24-hour business response)
A sanctuary of healing modalities, woven uniquely for you
This isn’t a cookie-cutter approach. Every session is tailored to where you are. Some days your nervous system may need grounding and gentle repair. Other days you may be ready to move through deep subconscious or energetic shifts.

RTT & Inner Voice sessions — subconscious rewiring & clarity

Investment & Packages
Healing should feel accessible, not overwhelming. My rates are intentionally simple:
Single 50-min Session — $125
Monthly Commitment (paid in advance): $111 per session
(Choose 2 or 3 sessions per month for integrative healing)
Extended 90-min Session — $150
(for Ayurveda, RTT, or Inner Voice deep-dive sessions)
Standard Psychotherapy (California residents only):
$125 per session, or $111 per session with monthly commitment
